We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Development Manager (DM) to work within our New South Wales Communities business.
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you’ll join a highly collaborative team based in our Barangaroo office, spending a day at Head Office, and 1-2 days onsite at the relevant project, with the added flexibility of working from home.
As a Development Manager, you will play a role in the delivery of a large master-planned community through demonstrated experience in the complete development cycle; including, but not limited to brief preparation, design management, planning, marketing, sales, procurement, delivery, settlements, hand-over and customer service.
To succeed, you will bring with you several years’ experience as a Development Manager. You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature. A background in town planning, environmental planning, urban design or architecture would be highly desirable.
Commercial acumen will prove invaluable when working to business plans, forecasts, and budgets. Strong cultural add is essential, and we are looking for someone that is focussed on team and project performance and is aligned with our corporate values.
