We have an opportunity for a Development Manager to join the **‘One Sydney Harbour’ **project within our Development Business located at Barangaroo, Sydney.

Designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect Renzo Piano, this iconic project will redefine luxury residential living in Australia and will be benchmarked globally. Consisting of three significant towers of up to 72 storeys’ in height, located within the widely celebrated Barangaroo precinct on Sydney Harbour.

As a Development Manager on One Sydney Harbour, you will work as part of a high performing team, alongside Development Project Managers, Cost Planners, Sales, Marketing and Lendlease Building.

Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will be required to work collaboratively with the various business units that form the broader project with an uncompromising approach to quality. You will require advanced stakeholder management skills that influence customer focused and financial outcomes. You will require excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Culture is critical to the success of the project and you will need to bring enthusiasm, work ethic and above all, a collaborative approach.

You will be experienced in all facets of built-form development, notably in the construction, sales and marketing phases of a project. You will possess strong financial management & general business reporting skills. Experience in programme management through to titling and settlement will be well received.

You will require:

- Tertiary qualification in a property related field, such as - Property Economics, Architecture, Engineering, Project /construction Mana gement, planning
- The ability to critically analysis and understand project financials.
- A minimum of 5 years residential development experience.
- You’ll demonstrate passion and understanding of the changing urban environment and the important role the public domain and retail have in establishing an extraordinary place outcome.
