Reporting to the Development Director, we have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to join the Retail Development team on a full time, permanent basis, based at Sydney Barangaroo.
As Development Manager (DM), you will be the day-to-day main point of contact, and lead the internal LL Retail Development team and external party team members in the delivery of the nominated project / projects.
This role includes the development of project opportunities, satisfaction of conditions precedent to project commencement and delivery of the project as an operational asset or addition to an existing asset.
As you will also be responsible for managing and motivating multiple internal and external parties and project stakeholders concurrently, to be successful you will need to have strong interpersonal and influencing skills and be confident in your ability to deal with all parties.
This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and a focus on ROI for investors and stakeholders. If you are a commercially astute Development Manager (DM) with experience in managing shopping centre/retail development projects, we’d love to hear from you.
A tertiary qualification in a relevant property related field will be essential, coupled with experience in retail development finance, project management, development and delivery, in a Precinct Project or multiple smaller projects.
