Let’s talk about you
- This role sits within our Finance team and is responsible for invoicing our customers on a monthly basis whilst ensuring the integrity of the billing data. As our Billing Officer, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes:
- Managing various aspects of the Billing function, including generating invoices and credit notes accurately, while meeting all month end deadlines
- Calculating and billing contract termination fees and contract payout amounts
- Answering customer account enquiries
- Assisting the Sales team with account reviews
- Assisting the Billing Team Lead with the analysis of invoices, credits and cancellation requests
- Understanding billing disputes and clearly conveying these to the relevant manager for resolution
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact details for all customers
- Undertaking other related duties as required

- 2 years’ experience in a similar commercial environment
- Strong administrative, procedural, and organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with strong work ethics.

- Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations in a fast paced environment.
