
Office Administrator

The Role Includes;
- Creative Invoices on MYOB
- Filing and Archiving of Paperwork such as invoices or bills
- Approving Deposits and Withdrawals in the bank on MYOB
- Keeping up with Customers accounts assuring they are within their terms
This job is not very high pressure, you will have assistance from other staff and we will ensure adequate training upon hiring. We would prefer someone with experience in the role, however if you have experience in the following, it will be taken into consideration.
This includes;
- Experience on Computers (MYOB Experience preferred but not required)
- Experience with accounts
- Customer Service
- Working as a small team
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel
This role is quite flexible in terms of hours, most workdays finishing from 3-4, and starting at around 7, but these times can be discussed upon interview.
