**THE ROLE**

Are you a passionate, self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills? Join our **Gas Networks & Services Team **and support our operations and field crews working on the network's operations, maintenance and distribution of gas to our clients' customers. As our newest Administrative Officer based in our **Thomastown depot, **you will play a pivotal role in our diverse operations and provide crucial administrative support across commercial, operational, and financial components and be part of a dynamic and rewarding team.
- Some of the key responsibilities include: _
- Execute the raising invoices, progress claims and purchase orders.
- Distribution of work calendars and tracking of work in accordance with the program.
- Compiling reports, managing timesheets and compiling work packages when required.
- Manage the collection of timesheets, submit payroll data, and control payroll documents.
- Liaise with critical internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, Downer employees, and the general public.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a cross-functional administrative environment with a diverse skill set.
- Understanding of timesheet processes is desirable.
