**Sub Contractors looking for all year round consistent work - multiple skill sets required**

Based in Thomastown, Complete heating and cooling has been serving the residential and commercial sectors in Melbourne for 10+ years, building a great work base in that time.

**The Role**

We are looking for a team or 2 specialising in all facets of **Air conditioning**, to join our progressive and motivated team, as a sub-contractor, to compliment our workforce capability.

You will work as part of the head contractor’s installation team and primarily be involved in the installation of air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial environments.

Sub-Contractor Teams with the ability to install and complete refrigeration works as required. Electrical component is not critical but favourable. All areas of the industry available to the right team from residential wall split only to multi head system, bulkhead systems, ducted with ducting and VRF systems. Ventilation work is also required from fresh air systems to toilet exhaust.

Installation in everything from existing homes to new builds, factory developments and small commercial jobs.

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- Excellent working techniques and hand skills
- Ability to install flexible and fixed duct and grilles to a high quality standard
- Current drivers licence
- Good people skills
- Understanding of customer requirements and how to meet or exceed them
- Desire to succeed and continually improve your skills and knowledge
- Neat presentation
- Pride in yourself and your work
- Ability to work autonomously and enjoy working in a team environment
- Construction White Card
- Own van and tools required for all general work
- Refrigeration licence
- Electrical licence or disconnect re connect licence
- Subcontract teams - All relevant insurances and licences
- Subcontract teams - Record of previous work completed

- Having the work already being lined up, no quoting
- Jobs at a great hourly for long and consistant work
- Jobs at pre quoted with claim rates attached
- Invoices being paid weekly

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
