The Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable 1st year Refrigeration Apprentice to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced technicians and gain exposure to both installation and service work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the installation of split systems, multi-splits, ducted systems, and evaporative coolers
• Working with service technicians to diagnose and repair domestic air conditioning systems
• Learning on the job with the potential to progress into a full install technician, service technician, or both
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
• Following company policies and industry standards

About You

• Interest in HVAC installation and service
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Current driver's licence
• White Card and basic hand tools
