**The Opportunity**

As CPE continues to expand, we have a fantastic opportunity for a well organised and motivated Landscape Site Supervisor to lead and work on site with a team of staff. We are looking for someone who has experience leading a team on a commercial site for projects medium to large scale in metropolitan Victoria. The successful person will possess sound industry knowledge, skills and a professional manner. You will be supported in the role with an excellent management team every step of the way.

**CPE are offering**
- Annual salary of **$80,000 to 85,000 per year (pending on experience)**, plus superannuation, incolink and coinvest.
- Weekend work if required will be paid on top of your salary at overtime rates
- Ute supplied with the role, including all fuel and costs including personal usage during the week and weekends
- All tools and safety equipment supplied
- Tablet supplied with the role

**Your duties will include but not be limited to**
- Job reporting, organization and communication with project managers and builders
- Training and mentoring staff
- Managing and supervising staff, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Managing software and paperwork relevant to each project
- Maintaining a safe and positive workplace
- Responsible for OHS on site

**We are looking of someone who has the following**
- Cert 3 in landscape construction (preferred not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commercially astute
- Great problem solving and creative thinking
- Good knowledge & understanding of construction methods
- Demonstrated time management
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Current driver’s License & Truck license
- Excellent attention to detail with high personal standards
- Personal skills and presentation
- Experience in job planning and management.
- Experience with hard and soft landscaping elements
- Hardworking, motivated & punctual
- Skidsteer and excavator competencies/licenses (preferred not required)
