**Role Description**
Reporting to the National People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for delivering workflow coordination across all People and Culture(P&C) related activities. You will be the first point of contact providing a high level of customer service for all staff queries regarding P&C policies, procedures and processes, and systems. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity across systems and documentation and you will support the National People and Culture Manager to drive ongoing process improvement and identify ways to enhance the employee experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the employee lifecycle by maintaining accurate records in the HRIS (Employment Hero), employee files and other document management systems
- Generating employment contracts and letters, auditing, maintaining and administering employee entitlements such as leave, allowances, and incentives ensuring that all required paperwork is completed and received on time
- Providing general first-level advice to staff regarding policies, updates, programs and best practices;
- Contributing to the rollout of current and future projects including a new employee engagement software (Culture Amp);
- Completing reporting and analytics for WGEA, Leave, Performance Review follow ups, Monthly P&C Management reporting, ect
- Supporting the monthly payroll ensuring all employee changes are correctly captured
- Supporting in continuous improvement of processes, programs and procedures;
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR Administrator or HR Coordinator, who is excited about continuous learning and open to feedback and challenging ways of thinking. You will a have a proactive approach to new ways of working and projects. Whilst not essential someone with systems experience in Employment Hero, and Culture Amp would be highly advantageous.
- A Diploma or degree in an HR related discipline and 2+ years industry experience
- High level of attention to detail and quality of output with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities within tight timeframes
- Strong computer literacy, with the ability to use spreadsheets to interpret and analyse data, and provide accurate reports
- Proficient in word processing, presentations, and general administrative support
- Customer service skills with the ability to create and maintain effective working relationships across various levels within the business
- The ability to think outside the square when faced with a challenge and show initiative when problem solving
