Employer Support Team Leader

**About the Role**

As an Employer Support Team Leader you will lead a dedicated team of Employer Support Consultants that are committed to providing support to our clients through regular effective case management of customers s to ensure workplace retention and increase economic independence of customers.

This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis. Core working hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm and you may be required to work any roster over 8:00am - 7:30 if requested.

**About You**

What we're looking for:

- Strong mentoring and motivational skills to lead by example and manage the team;
- Demonstrated ability to set and monitor team and individual staff performance to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, including conducting monthly meetings and performance reviews;
- Ability to develop and maintain positive and professional working relationships with Site staff, customers and employers;
- Ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse, Indigenous, ex-offenders, youth and other vulnerable groups;
- Strong time management skills with high attention to detail and data integrity;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment; and
- Strong skills in data entry, the Microsoft Office suite and ability to type approximately 30 words per minute.

You will also be required to:

- Have at least three years’ experience in Employment Services; and
- Have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services, Career Development or equivalent or willingness to obtain.
