We are searching for a team perhaps a couple who can work well together, or a Gardener, Window Cleaner, Support Worker and Housekeeper/Cleaner

**About Miracle Gleam Team**

MGT services the community in Support Work, Gardening, Window Cleaning, Spring Cleaning and Exit Cleans.

We provide in-home services for NDIS, Anglicare and ECH clients, as well as our private clients.

**Our goal** is to provide services at the same time, on the same day and with the same worker which means that you know the person who is coming and the time they will arrive. Having the same worker providing services, means the clients know and can trust the person attending. There is continuity of care for people who receive our services.

This role is offering flexible two (2) to five (5) days per week with the ability to work additional hours and is a genuine opportunity to make a positive difference to people's lives and your community

Hours of work are from 9am up to 5.30pm. (Not usually on weekends)

Working independently solo or as part of a friendly teams in groups of two.

The job entails travelling from one client residence to another throughout the day performing activities such as lawn mowing, lawn edging, weeding, hedge trimming and general gardening duties according to a client plan, sometimes window cleaning, spring cleaning or support work.

The role will suit an enthusiastic team player with the following skills and experience:

- Ability to work with people with differing needs from diverse backgrounds.
- Good communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated skills in garden maintenance, domestic work.
- A commitment to completing on the job training within stated timelines
- Valid drivers licence and reliable car
- Ability to obtain police clearance prior to commencement.
- Reliable with good timekeeping

**Salary**: $43,096.11 - $90,080.31 per year

**Experience**:

- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
