**About You**

To be successful in these roles you will be able to:

- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to engage on the telephone with diverse customers who require support with sensitive and emotional matters;
- Demonstrate excellent administration skills, attention to detail and computer literacy, including the ability to type 30 words per minute;
- Demonstrate strong written communication skills;
- Prove your ability to multi-task, you will be required to work across various IT systems whilst maintaining telephone contact;
- Demonstrate experience in understanding complex administrative procedures and ensure clear communication of these requirements is undertaken for a diverse range of customers;
- Demonstrate experience working to targets and KPIs;
- Demonstrate experience in administration or customer service, with jobactive experience desirable;
- Demonstrate your ability to learn new systems quickly; and
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will also be required to:

- Hold a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services, Career Development or equivalent;
- Have experience in a inbound or outbound contact centre environment or Employment Services.

**Remuneration**

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
