**About the Role - Fundraising Manager**

As their first-ever Fundraising Manager, you will drive the strategic development and seamless execution of sustainable fundraising programs and campaigns for programs that support their mission.

Working closely with the CEO you identify opportunities for fundraising growth and ensure processes and systems are put in to place to an ongoing focus on income generation. Your passion for their work of empowering girls and young women, coupled with your extensive broad experience in fundraising, will drive the success of this newly created position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and review the recently created operational fundraising plan to achieve income growth.
- Create and drive key fundraising channels, including digital, major gifts, grants, and bequests, and develop compelling communications to acquire new supporters for regular giving.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, providing excellent stewardship to maximize their support.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivering desired outcomes.
- Produce regular reporting and impact reports for donors, showcasing the positive outcomes of their contributions.

**Your Skills and Attributes**:

- Demonstrated success in creating or growing fundraising across a variety of programs (IG acquisition, major gifts, grants, and bequests).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging fundraising materials and compelling impact reports.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement strategic fundraising plans and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and digital platforms to drive donor engagement and support fundraising initiatives.
- Experience in database management and the ability to adapt to new CRM systems, integrating them into fundraising processes.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including volunteers and state counterparts, to gather impactful stories and information.
