NTT DATA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a contract role.

**Your day at NTT DATA**
**You'll drive all recruitment related activities across the business, ensuring that NTT DATA attracts top tier talent, and will also be responsible for enhancing our employer brand within the ANZ job market.**:
**As an NTT DATA TA Partner, you will actively participate in the deployment of global projects in the region relating to the adoption of systems and improvement of talent acquisition practices.**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job briefings, job postings, screening, interviews, and offer processes.
- Offers local job market advice and knowledge to others within the recruitment team and to line managers/hiring managers.
- Engages with line managers/hiring managers when a new job opening occurs to help them identify the exact skills set required, the best approaches to recruit for the position and to advise generally on the best method to fill the position for best long term business results.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to enhance our employer brand, ensuring consistent messaging both internally and externally.
- Monitors and maintains internal and external job postings.
- Participates in the deployment of global projects in the region relating to the improvement of talent acquisition practices and processes.
- Update and manage the ATS (Phenom & Workday) on a timely basis to ensure accurate reporting on statistics on time to fill, costs, and source of hire.

**To thrive in this role, you need to have**:

- 5+ years of experience in information technology recruiting and sourcing for an in-house recruitment team in a large enterprise or for a technology focused search firm.
- A strong track record in sourcing technology roles in the following areas: Network, System Engineering, Sales and Presales and Security Clearance roles.
- Experience in writing effective job descriptions and adverts.
- Experience with Workday and/or Phenom.
- Has worked in a global technology organisation.
- Experience in implementing DEI initiatives.
- Experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights.
