The role is primarily home based, with some travel into a Melbourne (or near) office at some point in the future.

**Job description**

We are looking for an excellent Sales Manager to lead client acquisition whilst ensuring the profitability of all customers within the business.

**Key tasks will include**:

- Supporting the delivery of the business growth targets.
- Developing and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline, as part of Account Plans
- Identifying new opportunities, with both new and existing clients, in line with the company strategies and financial targets.
- Developing and maintaining key relationships with the customers’ supply chain personnel, operational managers and claims handlers; providing account management and support to existing, and newly won, clients
- Facilitating and leading: Regular business performance review meetings.

Data led insight into product usage.
Additional customer training/ continued support/ refresher activity of their use of Bridgetech products and systems ensuring the customer maximises the benefit and service from our products
Identifying any customer challenge with any products and/ or systems and take action or feedback into the business to resolve.
Owning any customer issue from identification through to resolution
Delivering on your promises
Owning the development and maintenance of ongoing client account plans.
Being a brand ambassador

**Skills and Knowledge Requirements**
- Experience in motor claims is essential, with a preference for experience in Credit Hire
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills over a variety of media.
- Commercial Creativity is required to succeed in role
- An ability to work to strict and testing deadlines, whilst delivering world class customer service and hitting targets
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work accordingly
- Computer Skills (MS Office)

**Success Criteria**
- Delivering on target, or above, customer revenue and EBITDA growth in all accounts Year on Year
- Not losing an account for anything that falls within our control
- Having the trust of your customers that you deliver on time and to expectations whilst delivering a superb Voice of Customer (VOC) score
- Strong relationships with the Technology and Operational areas of the business enabling a can-do attitude to change or challenges
