**_ Your Role:_**

Our eCommerce team has had a tremendous start to its existence at Christian Dior Couture with a huge focus on teamwork, collaboration across Dior and industry leading expertise. This tight knot team is looking for an E-Merchandiser on 14-month fixed term maternity leave contract to support the ecommerce business from a buying and planning perspective.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Working with the Head of eCommerce manage the full ecommerce buys and associated planning in line with seasonal launches throughout the year - up to four times per year
- Working with local, regional and global support teams formulate the OTB for each buy
- Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on performance across all categories on a weekly basis
- Use historical data, sell through insights & product performance to formulate a fit for purpose product assortment across all categories - Women’s, Men’s, Baby & Maison
- Set-up and website in line with global guidelines, seasonal assortment & buy
- Manage the website in line with focus product, local seasons, and marketing campaigns

**_ Requirements:_**
- Demonstrable solid merchandising experience across both buying and planning within retail
- Analytical mindset with exceptional reporting and excel skills
- Ability to present merchandising recommendations decisions based on data and reports
- A healthy understanding of eCommerce
- The ability to work at pace in a demanding yet rewarding work environment.
