An exciting new opportunity has become available for an **Ecommerce Coordinator** to join the sass & bide, Marcs & David Lawrence team in our beautiful Support Office in Alexandria.

This role would report to the Ecommerce Manager and would suit someone who has experience in a similar role and looking for an opportunity to develop their career with an Australia designer label

**Key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Manage all website content & imagery
- Enrich new products within Magento and marketplaces in line with range launches
- Liaising with external stakeholders around product descriptions
- Load promotions and markdowns in Magento and marketplaces according to the weekly promotional plan
- Check promotions have applied and notify relevant partners of any errors
- Check new products are displaying on marketplaces
- Maintain store listing hours on website and Google My Business
- Daily product tagging in Foursixty
- A walkthrough of the sites every morning and either actioning fixes or notifying Ecommerce Managers of errors
- Overall housekeeping of websites and channels ensuring all site content is up-to-date and accurate for product, pricing, and promotions
- Assist with merchandising the site
- Assisting Ecommerce Managers with web development projects to ensure the site is running efficiently
- Support Ecommerce Managers for all three brands

**We are seeking the following attributes**:

- Previous experience in ecommerce; with knowledge of ecommerce principles and processes
- Marketing/Communications or other relevant degree would be advantageous
- Experience in retail marketing administration or coordination, preferably within the fashion industry
- Experience in Magento preferred
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and can work to deadlines and manage stakeholder relationships
- Positive attitude and can work collaboratively with our ecomm team but can also take an initiative approach and be self-sufficient and work autonomously
- You are creative, innovative & you think differently in dealing with both opportunities and issues
- You provide feedback as & when required, to all levels of the business
- You are organised & efficient, with a strong focus on achieving results
- You’re a strong, clear & concise communicator
