Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for live entertainment, bold design, and unforgettable events? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment where no two days are the same? We want YOU to join our team at **Live Lounge Wanneroo** as our **Events & Marketing Manager**.

From jam-packed tribute nights and UFC Sundays to Irish hooleys, open stage shenanigans, and our new _Drum & Bass_ series “PRESSURE” — Live Lounge is home to an eclectic mix of music, community, and late-night energy. We’re looking for someone who can match that energy and take us to the next level.

Here’s What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into**:Marketing & Design**
- Design and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-venue displays
- Create engaging graphics, ads, and promotional content using Canva or similar tools
- Manage and grow our social media presence (organic + paid) across Facebook & Instagram
- Run targeted ad campaigns through Facebook Ad Centre/Manager to drive ticket sales & brand buzz
- Plan and schedule content via a digital calendar (you love a bit of organisation)
- Monitor metrics and campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights

**Events & Entertainment**
- Book live acts, DJs, Quiz Nights, tribute bands, and unique international performers
- Liaise with artists, agents, and promoters to bring our event calendar to life
- Build events on our ticketing platforms (e.g. Eventbrite), writing compelling copy and managing listings
- Coordinate marketing plans for each event — from teasers to last-minute FOMO push
- Be the bridge between creative, production and the Live Lounge floor staff

**What We’re Looking For**
- A proven marketing or events background (even better if you’ve got venue experience)
- Graphic design skills — Canva is fine, but if you’ve got Adobe under your belt, even better
- Social media savvy with a sharp eye for what performs
- Solid organisational chops — you know how to juggle multiple events at once
- Friendly, driven, self-starting human with a love for live music & hospitality

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
