Federal Agency requires a Leasing / Property professional to assist in the management of commercial leases.
**Your new company**
A large Federal Government Agency requires an experienced Property Professional to assist in the management of new and existing leases to ensure a national programme is successfully delivered.

**Your new role**
Reporting into Assistant Director of National Property you will be assist in the sourcing new leases for a major national rollout. This activity will be led by outsourced property providers. Principal responsibilities will include:

- Assist in sourcing short term property leases
- Ensure all sites meet government requirements
- Financial management/Data management
- Assist in the coordination of minor fit-out works
- Stakeholder management/managing relationship with Property Service Provider

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Thorough understanding of commercial property ideally within the federal government
- Demonstrated experience in managing / establishing new commercial leases
- Ideally have working knowledge of the of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 and Commonwealth Procurement guidelines.

**What you'll get in return**
This assignment offers an attractive hourly rate ($55/65+ Super / hr) or Non Ongoing contract plus an opportunity to gain exposure to a unique federal department.
