Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Recruitment Officer on a contract for 3 months.

The Recruitment team requires a recruitment officer to assist the team in managing a bulk recruitment round for up to three months as well as ongoing business as usual activity.

Duties for the roles include:

- Undertake recruitment administration and providing advice to internal and external customers regarding recruitment activities. This includes advertising vacancies, actioning recruitment requests, processing selection outcomes and onboarding activities.
- Sound experience in the use of eRecruit or similar recruitment systems or the ability to acquire quickly.
- Provide accurate and timely advice on recruitment policy and practices.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide a consultative approach to recruitment, meeting agreed service level agreements.
- Support recruitment panels, applicants and SES officers offering outstanding customer service throughout the recruitment process.

- The ability to positively contribute to the team, systems of work, policies and procedures.

**Desired**
- Experience with online recruitment systems such as eRecruit (nga.net).
- Experience managing bulk recruitment processes.
