**Your new role**

Join this dynamic Recruitment team and be part of a fast-paced, high-volume work environment where no two days are the same. As a Recruitment Officer, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the team to deliver exceptional service to the Agency. As a key player, you will be responsible for managing every aspect of internal and external recruitment, from advertising job openings to creating employment offers and on-boarding new team members. Your daily tasks will include:

- Administer internal and external recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, processing selection outcomes and on-boarding.
- Utilise eRecruit or similar systems.
- Provide a consultative and clear approach to recruitment, offering advice where necessary.
- Assist with recruitment and secondment activities.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be eligible for this position you will need to be an Australian Citizen and an APS recruitment and on-boarding experience.
