Our Federal Government department is seeking to engage a Recruitment Support Officer on a 6 months, Non Ongoing contract

The Recruitment Officer is to undertake the following:

- Advertising positions using eRecruit, APSJobs and Universal McCann
- Provide support and recruitment advice to business areas
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships
- Group mailbox management
- Scheduling and facilitation of interviews and assessment centres
- Request referee checks in support of recruitment activities
- Respond to merit pool requests
- Accurate data entry and high attention to detail
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- eRecruit system experience is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of merit selection principals is also highly desirable
