Seeking an experienced APS5 Recruitment Officer for a 12 month term. Potential extension options.

**Your new company**
A leading government agency invested in the protection of everyday Australian's is seeking an experienced APS6 Recruitment Officer for a 12 month term. Potential extension options available.

**Your new role**
As the APS5 Business and Recruitment Officer you are accountable under broad direction to perform operational, administrative and business support work within the agency. You will be responsible for Recruitment documentation and back end Recruitment reporting processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be responsible for a broad range of activities including Human Resources, data Management and general Administrative duties including:

- Assist in recruitment activities for APS positions.
- Providing support in managing the APS workforce through drafting requests for additional staff and assisting on various human resource processes and policies.
- Advertising roles using eRecruit, APSJobs
- Accurate data entry and good attention to detail
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives
- Engaging with stakeholders and line areas
- Liaison with key internal partners
