We are seeking highly motivated client-focused Recruitment Officers to join our ATO Recruitment team. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that celebrates success, fosters creativity, and thrives on collaboration. Your positive energy and innovative ideas will be embraced and celebrated.

As a **Recruitment Officer** in ATO People, you’ll use your specialist recruitment expertise to contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of recruitment and onboarding activities across the ATO.

Using your experience in various HR systems, tools and processes, you’ll provide tailored advice and recommendations to clients about a range of complex recruitment-related issues using sound judgment to make clear and defensible decisions.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, undertake specialist or technical research and provide tailored advice on a variety of recruitment policies, practises, and issues. You'll work with stakeholders to influence effective recruitment outcomes while using good judgment and adhering to relevant policy and legislation.

You will actively share your knowledge to train, coach and develop less experienced staff.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne CBD or Parramatta**.
