Aps4 Recruitment Support Officer

Provide recruitment support, advice, and assistance to line areas.
Our client is a large and reputable government department who have an immediately available vacancy for an APS4 Support Recruitment Officer to join the team on a 6-month nonn-ongoing contract.
As a non-ongoing contractor, you will be paid a salary equivalent, of $72,000-$77,000 plus 15.4% Superannuation.
As the APS4 Recruitment Support Officer, your key duties will include:
- support the processing of end to end recruitment processes, including issuing letters of offer; coordinating and reviewing pre-employment documentation such as criminal history checks, medical assessments and superannuation requirements; and any otheronboarding requirements
- provide administration and coordination support for recruitment processes.
- managing competing priorities and tasks, to ensure timelines and key dates are met.
- assisting to ensure business effectiveness and recruitment best practices are followed.
- respond to client enquiries from the general public and internal stakeholders.
- understand and comply with relevant policies, procedures and legislation.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will clearly demonstrate:
- Experience in the use of eRecruit or similar recruitment systems (preferred)
- Administrative support experience, preferably in recruitment or HR
- Strong customer service skills
