**Your new company**

This global organisation is in search of a Project Support Officer to interview and start immediately in their Sydney location. This position will report directly to the Programs Director and you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating a satellite program.

**Your new role**

This Project Support Officers’ main responsibilities will involve supporting internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will provide support in the development of project planning, execution, monitoring and controlling phases. This may include management of project documentation configuration, creating project reports, and assisting the Project Manager in ensuring compliance with methodology and standards.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally you will hold qualifications in engineering or technology fields
- Exceptional communications skills and openly engage with other teams in the facility to support business initiatives.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Preferably you will come from a specialist industry such as satellite communications, space, defence, or similar cutting edge technology.
