We are currently recruiting for a National Applications Support Analyst to help keep our business systems running smoothly and drive continuous improvement across the Group.

What you'll do
  • Provide day-to-day support for key business systems.
  • Troubleshoot application and database issues (SQL Server, Pervasive, Access).
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports (SSRS, Crystal Reports, MS Access).
  • Act as the go-between for internal teams and external vendors for escalations, upgrades, and new implementations.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge base resources.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for new systems or upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, improved reporting, and smarter workflows.
  • Contribute to system and data security best practices.
What you'll bring
  • 2-3 years' experience in application or systems support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019 (installation, tuning, maintenance, security).
  • Scripting or programming skills in SQL, PowerShell, PHP, Python, C#, or ASP.NET
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills – able to work with both technical and business users.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Certificate IV or higher) in IT or Computer Science.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
  • Bonus: experience with construction industry software.
