From our humble beginning in 2007 with our first shop only fitting 99 bikes in the store, we are now the largest bicycle retailer in Australia and stretch across the globe with retail stores in the UK and New Zealand.

Our vision is to be “The World’s Most Approachable Bike Shops”. Our main support office is based in Bowen Hills, Brisbane, with some local on the ground support team members spread throughout the states.

99 Bikes is part of the Pedal Group where we sit alongside our wholesale and property businesses under one team umbrella. This creates a huge amount of opportunity for our people as we promote from within as much as possible - like the employee who started out as a Bike Builder in a shop and worked his way up to become a General Manager. **Ecommerc**e Leader - about the role**
- Join the senior leadership team of 99 Bikes Australia & New Zealand, reporting to the General Manager, and be involved in business-wide strategic decisions contributing to our future success and growth
- Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive online traffic, sales and conversion, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Understanding of multi-channel, and the website’s role in both online and offline transactions, is key
- Highly autonomous role with ownership to craft a vision for online excellence, and lead a driven team for execution
- Understanding of key profit and loss drivers, ability to forecast and impact future performance through;
- Conversion rate optimisation
- Content and merchandising strategy
- Collaboration with other senior leaders and departments to enhance the customer experience end-to-end
- Identify opportunities and resolve issues and errors

**Qualifications, knowledge, and skills**
- Proven achievements in senior e-commerce roles
- Experience and success in leading teams, ability to help your team grow, develop and be the best versions of themselves
- Hands-on experience working with ecommerce platforms
- Strong understanding of online merchandising & search techniques
- Advanced skills with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
- Persistence and resilience will be required for success
