***About the role**

The Head of Digital Transformation is responsible for successfully managing and delivering initiatives identified in the IT strategic roadmap and ensuring strategic objectives are achieved. The role manages hybrid project teams comprising business analysts, developers, and testers, blending internal resources with external vendors and partners.
Whilst reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role will partner closely with the executive team and senior leaders to review, assess and improve existing systems, implement new initiatives as appropriate and assist in scoping future IT business solutions. Some travel around the Diocese of Broken Bay may be required.

**Core Duties**
- Managing and implementing digital transformation
- Identify opportunities to improve process
- Engagement of key stakeholders to implement transformations
- Project Management and delivery

***Key Requirements**
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project Management ideally from a development background;
- Experience in the development and implementation of IT strategy, governance, security, risk, and project management frameworks;
- Demonstrated team performance and an ability to engage and build rapport with various stakeholders;
- Experience working in a human service organisation is desirable but not essential
- Well developed problem solving skills and analytical thinking;
- Strong Negotiation, Management and facilitation skills;
- A Criminal History Check
- A NSW Driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Desirable
- Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Database skills (SQL, Python)
- Salesforce technologies (Apex, SOQL, Lightning development)
- Integration Platforms (Mulesoft, Workato)
