**About You**

You’re a leader when it comes to SEO in an agency environment. You’re not only great on the tools, but you’re passionate about where things are heading and you naturally bring others along for the journey.

You are equally comfortable working on eCommerce as well as lead generation campaigns.

You’re a technical person who loves spending a good portion of your time on the tools, but you also get a buzz out of working directly with your team members and your clients to help them grow.

Finally, you thrive under pressure and know how to allocate your time, and the time of your team, to ensure the most important actions are taken to deliver true value to your clients.

**About The Opportunity**

This is a rare opportunity to join Rocket in a senior role. Here’s what your day-to-day would look like:

- Having a great combination of autonomy and support to ensure you continue building the most effective SEO offering possible for our clients
- Leading our existing team of 5 talented SEO specialists
- Reporting directly to our Head of Production
- Spending 50-70% of your time on the tools + helping develop strategy for client campaigns
- The rest of your time would be spent mentoring, supporting and growing your team as well as providing your expertise and insights in our new business efforts.
- There is a real opportunity to make your mark in this role
