**About the role**
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer / Office Administrator to assist with the efficient operation of the office and store-room within a busy family owned and operated manufacturing company.

**The roles and responsibilities associated with the position are as follows**:
- Office operations and coordination (eg. digital scanning/filing, office and kitchen supplies, collecting mail, general office tidiness)
- Accounts Payable & bank reconciliation
- Answering the phone in busy times
- Assisting with mail and packaging orders
- Other administrative duties as required
**Skills and experience**
- Have at least 3 years of bookkeeping/office admin/accounts payable experience
- Be well organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be proficient with general computing tasks
- Have intermediate skills with the MS Office suite (_particularly Excel_)
- Have book-keeping experience in either MYOB (_or similar_)
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have a confident and pleasant phone manner
- Have the right to work in Australia
