A permanent full-time opportunity has become available with a highly professional supplier of engineered water control equipment throughout the Australian water and wastewater industries.

**About the Role**
This key position will assist the Company Director and a team of experienced professionals with all aspects of administration, accounts and executive support (across marketing, sales, finance and offsite operations).
The goals of this role include:
- Performing **administration and accounts **functions (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, end of month processing and reporting, petty cash and monitoring cost expenditure).
- Identifying and co-ordinating continuous **improvement projects and quality control **such as updating policies/procedures and maintaining systems for audit.
- Overseeing **human resource **functions including onboarding, employment documentation, employee recordkeeping, payroll processing and work health and safety.

**About You**
- Previous aligned experience as an Office Manager/Administration Manager
- Solid understanding and experience in bookkeeping functions (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and reconciliations)
- Proven experience with financial management systems (MYOB essential) and confidence using a range of computer systems including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- A proven ability to multi-task and work well in a professional environment where time management and organizational skills are critical
