We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Administration Team Leader who will be able to assist with:
- Managing, supervising, and developing the accounts payable or accounts receivable team
- Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholder as required, including all addressing all queries in a timely manner.
- Processing price and quality variances in accordance with procedures
- Performing monthly reconciliations
- Preparing required monthly reporting
- Ensuring your team meet established performance KPI’s
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policy.

**Requirements**:
- Has experience in a similar role
- Is proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Prior construction, manufacturing or building supplies experience is highly desirable but not essential._
