Our client is seeking a vibrant and highly organised **Group** **Executive Coordinator** to be the administrative backbone to the CEO and Head of Operations in their new, state of the art office located in Sydney's CBD.

This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside the country's most successful and highly regarded real estate professionals. You'll play an integral part in assisting our team and the greater network to achieve unparalleled success and to continually dominate the industry in every aspect.

Previous administration experience in the real estate industry is highly desired. However, we are open to hearing from anyone who has relevant and transferable skills in an administration, EA and/or PA capacity.

**The Role**
- Providing administrative assistance and services to the CEO & Head of Operations;
- Manage CEO's inbox, calendar and travel arrangements;
- Prepare CEO's expense reimbursements;
- Approve budgets and invoices;
- Copywriting and general comms preparation including the monthly CEO newsletter;
- Letter writing and hand-written notes;
- Slide deck presentation creation;
- Prepare the monthly board meeting pack;
- Prepare the weekly team meeting slide deck;
- Organise and prepare new office opening and renewal gifts and hand-written notes;
- Complete and give feedback on marketing briefs for the CEO and Head of Operations; and
- Support the franchising co-ordination for renewals, terminations and new office expansions.

You must be well presented with energy to bring to the team, have a good phone manner and be willing to use your initiative where appropriate. Going above and beyond with customer service is a must. We are a service industry and believe customer service and strong communication to be our number one priority.

**To succeed in this role, you will have..**
- Previous experience in administration, EA / PA is highly desired;
- Previous real estate experience is advantageous;

- Be process driven with a strong attention to detail;

- Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
- Strong computer skill set;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
- A team player;
- Possess exceptional follow up;
- Punctual;
- Forward thinking; and
- A real estate Certificate of Registration is advantageous, however not essential;
