Full Time Fleet Sales Consultant

We are seeking a full time Fleet Sales Consultant to be responsible for all day-to-day account management. Providing a high level of customer service to our clients by responding to any requests in an efficient and timely manner. The role will also support the Fleet Manager in maintaining existing customers and maximising all incremental business opportunities.

**The role**:
Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will be required to:

- Respond to all customer requests professionally, ensuring that all tasks including quotations are completed accurately and within the KPI's
- Provide resolution of any customer inquiries including quotations, vehicle orders, general inquiries
- Run, analyse and distribute monthly fleet reports to management
- Awareness of and compliance with health and safety legislation

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a high level of numeracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Ability to identify new opportunities and convert into new leases
- Intermediate proficiency across the MS office suite
- Knowledge of Leasing products and services would be an advantage.
