**Automotive Delivery Coordinator - Fleet / Government**

Terry Shields is located in the heart of Parramatta and is a well known dealership for Toyota & Lexus.

Join our team as a **Delivery Coordinator** in our growing Fleet/Government team.

Your role is crucial in providing top-level administration support, from processing orders and preparing deal packs to coordinating with our Fleet Sales Manager for seamless order execution. As the main point of contact for customers, your excellent communication skills will shine as you coordinate delivery times, address inquiries and provide unparalleled support. You'll ensure all sales documentation is accurate, keep customers informed about order status and collaborate with the Pre-Delivery department for flawless vehicle preparation.

**Skills Needed**:

- Administration Proficiency to process orders and prepare deal packs
- Communication excellence to coordinate delivery times and provide support to our customers
- Detail Orientation to ensure accuracy in sales documents, reflecting attention to detail critical for maintaining precision
- Collaboration & coordination to work effectively with your manager and other areas of the business to drive the order execution to finalisation.

You will do this all while maintaining focus on our customer by keeping them informed and support all the way through the delivery process.

**Experience**:

- Automotive: 2 years (preferred)
- Delivery Coordination: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Parramatta, NSW: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
