**The Opportunity**
Hitachi Construction Machinery has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Fleet Administrator based in our Parramatta Head Office. This is a permanent, full-time position where your main focus will be to support the fleet team in the management of safe and efficient operation of fleet and maintaining quality long term relationships.
**Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, your responsibilities also include**:
- Co-ordination Administration of fleet replacements including quotes, ordering and returns.
- Administrative functions such as monthly invoicing, collection, distribution of mail that supports the fleet business
- Maintain close communication with all stakeholders and customers, both internal and external
- Monitor fleet health, report and review on cost and utilisation with the aim to improve vehicle usage, cost etc
- Submit tenders and supply agreements with vendors where required
- Regular meetings with OEM vehicle companies, FMO’s and tool body manufacturers

**About You**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fleet coordination/administration or similar role
- Technical aptitude to understand and make changes to vehicle specification and tool body configurations
- Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical and process driven background with reporting experience
- Strong customer service, stakeholder management and administrative experience
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong attention to detail, planning & time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
