An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and energetic person with a flair for sales to join our Used Car Sales Team at Parramatta Denlo Volkswagen as a **Used Car Sales Consultant**.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you must have a desire to exceed customer expectations and enjoy going the extra mile for your customers. With strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base.

**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Meet monthly sales targets set by management
- Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs.
- To act as a single point of contact for all assigned customers
- To secure buyers for vehicles, finance and other products marketed by Sime Darby Motors Retail
- Maintain post-delivery customer service to ensure repeat business

**To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills & attributes;**
- Proven automotive sales experience (preferably within a role of similar scope and/or used vehicles).
- Meet monthly sales targets set by management
- Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs.
- Previous automotive sales experience is desirable
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- A full NSW drivers license
