Full Time Fleet Administrator

We require a dedicated Fleet Administrator to join our Fleet/Government team. Our credibility and track record as a Toyota dealership for Fleet Management in NSW means we already have high volume. We are seeking a Fleet Administrator to help us meet the demands of our growing enterprise. This role is key to the ongoing success of our Fleet/Government Department. To succeed in the role you will be: A data dynamo - expertly posting deals in our motor vehicle compliance portal and internal software An organisational guru - able to mastermind delivery dates, priorities and ensure a seamless workflow Have excellent customer connection skills - engaging with customers, keeping end-users and Fleet Management Organisations informed and satisfied A compliance champion - ensuring documents meet compliance standards through meticulous reviews A team player - assist with deliveries as needed and help coordinate our Fleet department with other duties. Key skills to do the job are: Excellent written & verbal communication skills High levels of numeracy & accuracy Technical savvy Curious learning mindset Experience in developing reports that tell the story with data Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks Collaborative and resilient A typical day in the life of. On average there are 25-30 quotes received, each with a 4hour window for expiry (extensions allowed for tricky requests). The Fleet Administrator matches the client quote requests with stock inventory and provides the delivery date & cost of the vehicle(s). The dealership that provides the best and fastest quote wins the order Once the delivery date arrives, you work with the Delivery team to ensure the order fulfils the customer’s needs.
