As **Key Account Manager** for one of out most prestigious brands you will be responsible for working in close partnership with our international based client to provide operational leadership on a national level. You will be delivering sustainable results by exceeding customer and client expectations. This role will encompass operational and commercial management, organic growth development and strategic alignment for this large flagship contract within the Airlines Sector.
**The Role**:
- Build strong relationships, work collaboratively with clients and develop a thorough understanding of all contractual requirements
- Establish and monitor high quality operational standards, and execute plans to incrementally improve business performance
- Be a “hands on” leader, ensuring that high level of service standards for First and Business Class guests.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving the delivery of quality products and services within contract scope.
- Foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement, innovation, and growth.
- Ensure effective development and utilisation of professional knowledge and skills are shared across the team
- Strong commercial acumen to actively develop and execute strategies to deliver and manage a budget.
- Optimise profit and achieve improved and sustainable business results
- Effectively manage the cost of goods and implement stock control systems within the workplace
- Monthly financial and budgetary reporting identify opportunities to streamline business needs
- Championing safety culture & performance
**The Person**
- Strong and effective leadership skills; the ability to support, motivate, effectively manage, and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective, engaged, and motivated teams
- Excellent communication and personal skills, evidence of building successful business relationships at senior executive level

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage a budget
- In depth understanding of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment
- Is a positive, supportive, ambitious leader with experience in carrying out personal development plans, staff training sessions and appraisals
**ASIC security clearance will be required for this role (We will provide)**
