**Your Impact**

Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager LMG, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for delivering profit and revenue targets within the Retail channel. You will have a deep understanding of the customer’s value chain and how to jointly create increased value.

You will also drive the channel strategy and execute customers plans, selling in the Key Account offer by leveraging customer and consumer insights, maximising trading terms and managing the NSW State customer relationship with accountability for the region forecast, reporting and results.

You will play a key role in supporting the management of LMG Nationally day to day and delivering on the annual Joint Business Plan.

This role will be based out of our brand-new office in Sydney’s CBD

**The opportunity**:
Other key responsibilities include:

- Achieve brand and commercial targets for NSW LMG banners and Key ownership groups and execute National Banner activity for the region
- Support the Senior National Account Manager with day to day management of LMG Nationally.
- Leadership and accountability for Retail performance, driving influence across Field Teams to ensure delivery of Retail plans
- Achieve quarterly plans to deliver Commercial targets, monitor business performance and ROI, whilst identifying opportunities and obstacles to drive growth
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to ensure execution and forward planning of Quarterly strategies
- Ensure activity implemented by engaging with field sales teams whilst rigorously monitoring agreements and account performance
- Manage expenditure, performance reviews, State account profitability and growth

**About You**

You’re a highly skilled and impactful Key Account Manager with the proven ability to manage large customer accounts. You are passionate about actively sharing knowledge to drive your own personal and professional development, whilst helping to build key account capability within the broader team.

In addition, you:

- Are tertiary qualified in Business, Economics, Finance (preferred)
- Have demonstrated ability to exceed targets using a structured, data driven approach utilising your strong numeric, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Are confident to evaluate customer profitability in consultation with Finance/Commercial analysis
- Possess tenacious negotiating skills, with experience closing commercial agreements and delivering articulate presentations
- Have strong resilience are driven to succeed in a competitive, high volume FMCG environment
- Deliver an exceptional stakeholder management experience with the ability to flex to different interpersonal styles and levels both internally and externally
