**About Them**:
This leading design and construction fit out company with decades of experience across all construction sectors including residential, commercial and industrial are seeking a Business Development Assistant to work along side the Business Development Manager. This BDM Assistant will be responsible for when is comes to making sure the BDM team are running smoothly. So someone with strong attention to detail and a friendly manner would be perfect for this dyamic team

**The Role**:
- Growing, updating, correcting & maintaining CRM
- Identifying & removing duplications in salesforce
- Researching & coding contacts in Salesforce with missing fields (e.g. Priority, Category, etc.)
- Identifying contacts in salesforce not connected to on linkedin
- Making any required changes & corrections, completing missing data / fields
- Checking linkedin profiles against details in salesforce
- Developing & maintaining our linkedin connections
- Calendar / diary maintenance arranging meetings & appointments
- Preparing file notes / minutes of meetings (including follow up actions required, next steps, etc.) Assisting with client campaigns & events
- Preparing a monthly pipeline report for each client
- Registering attendance at relevant seminars, events & functions - sending over to our events person
- Investigating (& where agreed, implementing) new & improved systems & processes, including assisting with the business becoming more seamless
- Keeping an eye on the Design and Construction team - giving me feedback when needed and anything else that will free the BDM up to focus on winning & doing client work make him more efficient & productive

**You'll Need to Have**:

- A has strong Salesforce CRM database administration & management, systems & processes & business administration skills.
- Strong IT, computer software, data entry, typing, telephone skills
- Strong internet, Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), linkedin & other social media skills
- Takes initiative & is proactive in investigating & ferreting out missing or incomplete information e.g. Using the internet, linkedin, social media, etc.
- Has excellent English written & verbal skills
- Is accurate with an eye for detail (pedantic is fine)
- Has an interest in business planning, marketing & business development
- Is keen to be pro-actively involved in our business and a valued team member delivering excellent customer service
- Has a positive, open, helpful & cooperative attitude
- Enjoys & takes pride in contributing to the success
