**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Business and Administration Assistant** to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, eager to learn, and interested in gaining exposure to the construction and demolition industries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with clients to identify training needs and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
- Assist with administrative processes, including learning our Student Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) to support:

- Product deployment
- Student enrolment
- Company onboarding
- Reporting and data management
- Support general office duties including filing, data entry, document organisation, and responding to enquiries.
- Collaborate with the technical development team to assist in creating engaging learner content, with opportunities to build skills in content deployment.
- Provide assistance with sales and marketing activities, with commission incentives available post-training.
- Participate in on-site activities and training to deepen understanding of the VET sectors we operate in.
- Develop workplace health and safety (WHS) knowledge and skills in a supportive environment.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
