**Role Purpose**
As a Marketing Manager for Delivery Unlimited in the Subscriptions tribe, you are responsible for developing and optimising highly relevant customer lifecycle campaigns, focused on driving long term engagement, retention, commercial outcomes and value for our customers. You deliver strong results, by aligning marketing activity with business objectives, providing value to our customers and balancing commercial return.

You will manage programs across BTL and performance media channels and are responsible for delivering best practice customer led campaign creative by partnering with internal and external media and creative agencies as well as the internal digital experience team.

You’re passionate about connecting customer insights with campaign performance and leverage them to develop strong marketing plans aligned to business goals.. You have an ongoing focus on optimising multi channel activity, engagement, response and conversion to maximise Woolworths return on marketing expenditure.

You will have strong knowledge of best in class media and optimisation strategies and are responsible for planning the end to end integration across each channel, to achieve campaign and business objectives.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Collaborate with squad and cross tribe marketing, product, UX and insights to develop and align marketing strategies and programs to support customer experience and achieve business objectives.
- Provide visibility on key activity across Delivery Unlimited to ensure consistent execution with clear measures of Success by managing marketing campaign and trade calendar, business cases, forecast, analysis and reporting to achieve strong commercial returns.
- Manage and continuously optimise end to end customer campaign activity and journeys, across multiple channels (paid and owned) and segments to enhance customer experience, deliver commercial outcomes and business objectives.
- Develop marketing ‘test & learn’ roadmap to support continuous improvement and Deliver best practice campaign creative, aligned to brand and business objectives and ensure quality execution (QA outcomes) of campaigns across all channels.
- Identify and support cross-marketing opportunities within the Tribes to achieve a holistic end-to-end customer experience across Woolworths, Everyday Rewards and WX initiatives
- Manage key stakeholders and external partners across various channel working groups, to ensure initiatives are delivered on-time, on budget and adhere to all Legal, regulatory and statutory obligations.

**What you bring to the role**
- 7+ years experience in customer Subscriptions Marketing, Brand or data driven Marketing roles
- Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.).
- Demonstrable experience in engaging, influencing and aligning stakeholders of varying seniority and experience, internally and externally
- Collaborative, supportive and empower the team members you work with
- Passionate about data and leverage it to drive program development and campaign performance.
- Strong strategic thinker; ability to develop customer-led marketing strategy across digital ecosystems
- Demonstrable experience in managing highly successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, including experience in managing broad-scale TTL campaigns.
- Experience in customer lifecycle management, with proven ability to impact customer value.
- Proven experience in developing Test & Learn frameworks and optimisation programs, and driving conversion rates across multiple channels.
- Understanding of customer databases and/or complex data sets, including segmentation
- Ability to understand consumer experiences and represent the consumer within the wider business
- journey and identify opportunities for improvement
