We are currently seeking a Campaign Manager to join our team in Darlinghurst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment campaigns across Virgin Wines Australia and Laithwaites New Zealand. Your responsibilities will include overseeing both offline and some online campaigns to attract top talent and support the growth and success of these dynamic brands.

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a Campaign Manager to join our team in Darlinghurst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment campaigns across Virgin Wines Australia and Laithwaites New Zealand. Your responsibilities will include overseeing both offline and some online campaigns to attract top talent and support the growth and success of these dynamic brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire process of campaign management, from planning to execution, ensuring campaigns meet predetermined cost per-acquisition and acquisition targets.
- Manage the setup and ongoing updates of campaigns within the internal marketing system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all components.
- Regularly provide updates on campaign results, conduct analysis, and make recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
- Develop marketing plans and budget projections, including monthly financial reforecasting and reporting based on campaign performance.
- Assist in managing relationships with new and existing business partners, fostering growth opportunities through consistent communication, updates, and internal reviews.
- Ensure all offline and online recruitment communication materials adhere to business partner or internal brand expectations and compliance standards. Provide accurate and timely forecasts and updates for the wine buying department.
- Create and deliver comprehensive creative briefs aimed at producing compelling creative content.
- Prepare production briefs and adhere to production timelines, collaborating with the
- Production Manager to secure the best rates and reduce costs.
- Develop web briefs for mobile, desktop, and tablet webpages, ensuring alignment with advertised campaigns and proper tracking.
- Conduct briefings for contact centre staff on new campaigns and maintain up-to-date call forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and team to set up campaigns, maintain production timelines, and handle other necessary tasks.
- Work with the data team to conduct data selection briefs and fulfil ad hoc analysis requests.
- Monitor competitor activity to inform campaign strategies and tactics.
- Provide mentorship and training to the Marketing Assistant.

**Who We Are Seeking**:

- High attention to detail
- 2-3 years minimum industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and workload management
- Aptitude learning new software systems
- Ability to be creative within brand guidelines
- Experience working with business partners
- Analytical and data-driven.

**Key details**:

- Salary package $75,000 + superannuation + bonus.
- Location: Darlinghurst, NSW, 2010
- Work Style: Hybrid: 3 days in office : 2 days at home
