The position of Territory Manager, Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) will support the business in achieving sales targets, goals and objectives of the division; to aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning; and to support customers with clinical expertise to enable optimal patient outcomes. It is essential that the successful applicant have existing pacing experience.

This role will be based in Adelaide and will report directly into the Regional Sales Manager – CRM – VIC & SA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.
- Successfully completing formal Rhythm Management training program, apply these skills in the field and maintain high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.
- Provide superior clinical support which involves direct patient, physician and clinician interactions including, but not limited to, device implantation, device programming and follow up, technical troubleshooting, staff and patient education, site management and coordination.
- Work with the broader Rhythm Management team to identify training, research and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.
- Have sound business knowledge of territory, identifying competitor activities, participate and manage appropriate tender agreements and customer policies and practices. Completing market analysis and regular reporting as required.
- Completion of relevant administration including reporting, stock validations and management as well as database management.
- Established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff as it relates to BSC's Rhythm Management business.
- Participation in the on-call roster
- To be available to support the broader ANZ RM business on an as-needs basis.
- Attending meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required, to promote our products and services.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- Commercial experience with demonstrated achievement of success.
- Prior experience with Rhythm Management products is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Ability to gain clinical knowledge and technical understanding quickly.
- Ability to plan and prioritise a flexible work schedule.
- Results focused with a resilient, flexible approach.
- Fluent in productivity tools including Salesforce and Microsoft 365 suite applications
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Tertiary education (in science or business preferable).
