The Opportunity & Position

A great opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a major focus on developing our portfolio across Victoria.

The position requires a highly motivated individual able to work autonomously whilst ensuring targets and deadlines are met.

You will play a hands-on role in building and executing short and long-term sales plans, with the objective of further developing commercial relationships.

The successful applicant will have a highly professional approach and will be able to develop and secure NEW relationships with enterprise customers.

To excel in this role you should have a compelling sales personality, with a proven commercial track record in the security industry.

The Responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities, developing solutions and managing key accounts.
  2. Delivering innovative solutions to new and existing customers.
  3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  4. Working with cross-functional teams to achieve solution outcomes.
  5. Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of market trends and product offerings.

Experience and Qualities:

  1. A self-starter with a proven commercial track record, selling electronic security solutions, including CCTV, Access Control and Alarm systems.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present concepts and solutions to customers.
  3. Experience with enterprise-level systems such as Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone and Integriti.
  4. Electronic Security, Networking and Security system design experience.
