**About Us**:

We are seeking an experienced **Business Development Officer** to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our footprint in the NDIS and allied health industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the NDIS and allied health sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, referral partners, and community organisations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs and expectations.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent daar at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the organisation.
- Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and reports to stakeholders and management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the NDIS, allied health, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, funding models, and industry dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving business goals.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve organisational objectives.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
