An exciting position now exists at Snooze for an experienced **Instore Field Trainer** to work in Snooze's retail stores across the state of Queensland.

**About the role**:
The **Instore Field** **Trainer**for **Queensland**is responsible for training our Snooze teams in all our retail initiatives.
- Product knowledge, store compliance in all areas of operational activity, and ensuring the health and safety of all staff and customers are paramount focuses.
- Delivering exceptional training means our retail teams can also deliver an **awesome retail experience**to our customers, continuing to ensure Snooze is a market leader in its field.
- The objective of this role is to maximise customer satisfaction by developing our retail teams in all areas of sales, leadership, point of sale and Snooze project initiatives.
- Delivering a quality training program will mean leading from the front, and this may include working in our retail stores, on occasion.
- The successful **Instore Field** **Trainer**for** Queensland** will be an inspiring, influential communicator; a self-starter with a passion for lifelong learning and posses a strong desire to develop our people to their full potential.
- You will be based in Brisbane, and naturally travel within your region, interstate and overnight travel will be required. You will need an economical vehicle and receive a Vehicle Allowance with this role.

**You will have**:

- Minimum qualification: Certificate IV Training & Assessment required
- A sales training background with corporate retail management experience, including leadership training is a must
- Experience in point of sale technology and training. Pronto or a similar ERP system knowledge is highly desirable
- Experience in the training the rollout of new systems
- Expertise in facilitating training workshops including our Leadership Program
- Experience in retail sales and working with Franchise Partners is advantageous
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to create and design sophisticated training materials and resources is handy
- A background demonstrating strong customer service skills
- A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships
- Excellent time management - you will be highly organised
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams to deliver virtual training as needed
- Professional presentation with a can-do attitude is paramount
- You will own a car and a current and valid Australian driver's licence
